For CAI-NJ Election
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Date: March 16th, 2018

T&C’s Lisa Vitiello Elected CAI-NJ’s 2018 President

Congratulations to T&C’s President, Lisa Vitiello, for being installed as the 2018 President of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ)!
Lisa has been a member of the national Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 2014. In 2015, she served on the CAI Board of Directors as Secretary for the New Jersey chapter. Lisa will head the NJ Chapter from January 2018 to December 2018, where she will continue to foster the chapter’s mission of “dedicating and enhancing the quality of community association living, through education, legislative advocacy and professional development”.
As President of T&C Management, Lisa knows first-hand the challenges communities face. For over 25 years, Lisa, along with her partner Ginger Pitaccio, has brought together the best qualified people in the industry to provide exceptional administrative, financial and on-site property services to more than 10,000 residences in New Jersey. Lisa will lean on this experience to lead the CAI-NJ and ensure community associations across NJ have knowledge of the most cost-effective practices in the industry. According to its website, the New Jersey chapter of CAI has over 1,600 members and is one of the largest in the United States. The chapter assists members by providing continuous education and resources, so they can stay abreast of the current news, laws and issues affecting community associations in the State of New Jersey.
